We also describe the work that we carried out to renovate the building and the experience of living through it.
Following this, we detail the work involved in starting the hotel business and the effort invested in building up a reputation. Maria's dedication to her family and her tremendous appetite for hard work will hopefully shine through. More importantly, Maria's caring and compassionate vocation was continued and we chronicle evidence of her many good works achieved there.
