Maria Margaret Strachan -Computers & the Internet

This site was created using HoTMetaL Pro 6.0 It can be maintained quickly. Photographs have been scanned in with minimal editting being used. Maria was keen to build her knowledge of computers - she must have been one of the first people involved in computer inputting using punch card technology which is now seen as historic but in her early twenties was ground-breaking. Maria worked at Potts in North Road, Bellshill and it is perhaps ironic that her body was prepared there in November 2001 after her death.
